Season Information

Registration Information

**Program registration can be found at the bottom of this page**

Registration for all programs requiring an evaluation will close in early March one day before the last tryout.  Programs that do not require an evaluation (coach pitch baseball and tee ball will be open on a first come-first served basis). Once teams are full, registration for those programs will close.

Evaluations
All players who are league age 7+ must attend at least one evaluation.  Players will then be placed in the division that best matches their skill level.

Players who do not attend an evaluation are NOT eligible for majors divisions or higher, and may risk not being placed in the division that best suits their skill. Additionally, any player who does not attend an evaluation will not be eligible for Allstars.

All players league age 7+ will need to attend a mandatory evaluation.

Information regarding tryouts will be shared once it is confirmed

Players who were rostered on a majors baseball team in 2024 do not need to attend an evaluation.  These players will remain on their team from the 2024 season.

Payment

In order for the registration process to be complete a payment must be made. A minimum payment of $1 is required. The deposit can be made on the payment screen by entering $1.00 in the custom amount box.

Scholarships
If your family is experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford the full registration fee, please email [email protected] to request an interview for a scholarship. If you have received a scholarship in the past it should not be assumed your player will receive one again, every season requires a new request. The amount that is provided depends on the funds the league has available and the number of requests. In exchange for scholarships we ask for volunteer hours from those families.

Please make these requests as soon as possible because funds are limited. Scholarships will not be provided without an interview.

Non-volunteer Fee
Each account will be charged a $25 non-volunteer fee. To have this fee returned someone representing the account must volunteer a minimum of 5 hours. After the completion of the volunteer time, a google form will need to be completed, submitted, and verified by a league representative. To receive the link to the google form, please email [email protected] The $25 fee can be applied to your account or refunded (the option will be chosen on the form).

Volunteering
We need volunteers for many different tasks, there is something for everyone! Here are a few suggestions with varying responsibilities:
  • Manage or coach a team
  • Keep score or pitch counts for a team
  • Run the scoreboard for games
  • Help run the concession stand during games
  • Assist with field maintenance
  • Join our board of directors
  • Help recruit & register players at events
  • Ask your team's manager what they need help with
  • Help run clinics
  • Help plan and/or execute opening day or end of season banquets
  • Umpiring minors division baseball & softball games

All volunteer opportunities that involve contact with players will require a mandatory background check prior to volunteering. By signing up to volunteer on our website this background check will be conducted.

Allstars
Near the end of the season players & families will be asked if they want to participate in Allstars.  Any players who wish to be considered for Allstars will need to have their parent/guardian submit a consent form.  These will be emailed to all families.

Only players who are eligible for Allstars can be considered, eligibility requirements include: minimum number of games played, the player's age, division played.  All eligible players and those who have completed a consent will be eligible to be drafted to Allstar teams. Coaches can consider the players' skill, attitude, behavior, attendance, commitment, and other factors when selecting players to be on the team.  Keep this in mind throughout the season.

If you have any questions you may email us at [email protected]

Evaluations

Players age 7+ are required to attend an evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation is to place players in the division that best matches their skill level. Players who do not attend risk not being eligible to play this season, being placed in an inappropriate division for their skill level, and being ineligible for Allstars.

Please select the division that you think your player should be participating in. If you do not know, guess based on their age. This does not guarantee the level of play that your player will be placed in. Keep in mind that different programs have different costs, after evaluations your account will be updated to reflect the new cost, it may result in no change in the balance due, or it may increase cost, or a partial refund may be issued.

Keep an eye out for an email inviting you to select your player's evaluation date/time.

Division /Team Placement
Following evaluations, players will be emailed their division and team assignments. Player accounts will be updated to reflect the cost of the division they are participating in. If this requires additional payment, this must be made in full as soon as possible following the league draft. This ensures that uniforms and equipment can be ordered in time for the start of the season. Players will not receive their uniforms until their balance is paid in full.

Reminder: A deposit must be paid for registration to be complete. You will not receive any notification for evaluations if you have not paid at least the deposit.

If we do not have the volunteers needed to run programs, all divisions in a program will be unable to begin until we have the volunteers required.

A minimum payment of $1 is required for registration to be submitted on the final payment screen you can enter a custom amount as low as $1.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before players will receive their uniforms.

All players will receive a uniform hat and shirt.
